Sumit Poddar currently works at Foster Moore as a Test Director. Sumit started his career as a developer but soon the realization set in that his passion was in breaking software and testing out its limits. So it is no surprise that he spent the next 15 years in software testing and has never looked back. Having a development background has obviously helped a lot particularly in the technical test space of test automation and performance testing and also working with the development team in solving tough engineering problems. Sumit is passionate about technology and thrives on challenges. When he is not working, he is busy spending time with his family of 2 cats, 1 dog, an excitable toddler and not to forget (his wife).
